Disable updates. Goto Edit-> Preferences -> Advanced -> Type gui.update.enabled and double click on it to change the value to False. The settings are saved in %APPDATA%\Wireshark\preferences. Copy the preferences file to the install directory after installation, which disables automatic updates.
