How to Deploy the New Outlook with Intune

Steps to Deploy the New Outlook Using Intune

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Intune Admin Center
   • Visit the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center.
   • Sign in with your administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to Apps
   • In the left-hand menu, select Apps.
   • Click on All apps.
3. Add a New App
   • Click on + Add.
   • Choose Microsoft Store app (new) from the app type options, and click Select.
     
4. Add App
   • Click in the following screen on Search the Microsoft Store app (new). This is the New Outlook for Windows
     
5. Select Outlook for Windows
   • In the Search box, type Outlook.
   • Select Outlook for Windows, and click Select
     
     
6. Configure App Information
   • Depending on your preferences choose System or User deployment, and click Next.
     
7. Assign the App
   • In the Assignments section, choose the groups or devices to which you want to deploy the new Outlook.
   • You can assign the app as Required, Available for enrolled devices, or Uninstall.
8. Review and Create
   • Review all the settings and configurations.
   • Click Create to finalize the deployment.
9. Monitor the Deployment
   • Go back to the Apps section.
   • Select Monitor to check the status of your app deployment.
   • Ensure that the new Outlook is successfully installed on the targeted devices.
