Steps to Deploy the New Outlook Using Intune
- Sign in to the Microsoft Intune Admin Center
- Visit the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center.
- Sign in with your administrator credentials.
- Navigate to Apps
- In the left-hand menu, select Apps.
- Click on All apps.
- Add a New App
- Click on + Add.
- Choose Microsoft Store app (new) from the app type options, and click Select.
- Add App
- Click in the following screen on Search the Microsoft Store app (new). This is the New Outlook for Windows

- Select Outlook for Windows
- In the Search box, type Outlook.
- Select Outlook for Windows, and click Select
- Configure App Information
- Depending on your preferences choose System or User deployment, and click Next.

- Assign the App
- In the Assignments section, choose the groups or devices to which you want to deploy the new Outlook.
- You can assign the app as Required, Available for enrolled devices, or Uninstall.
- Review and Create

- Monitor the Deployment
- Go back to the Apps section.
- Select Monitor to check the status of your app deployment.
